How to Send Us New Cases
We’re Here to Help
1. Physical Models
Please drop off cases in person or ship them directly to us.
2. STL Files
Click the STL Upload Portal tab on our website’s home page, and simply drag your .stl files into the folder we’ve set up for you on our platform. Please contact us for account setup first.
3. What to Expect Next（Our Turnaround）
Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days in house for case completion. Ship out is on the 6th business day, while we usually finish cases earlier. We will contact you if we need extra time. Cases received after 2:00 pm will be taken as next-day new cases. When your cases are finished, we will notify you for pickup, or ship to you directly. Please check our price list for shipping details.
